We are a modest-sized foundation that grants funds for programs to encourage responsible sexual behavior in young people. These programs must be conducted solely in New York City for the residents of its five boroughs.

We prefer to provide seed money for new programs that, once established, can seek funds elsewhere for an ongoing donor. Our grants generally range from $15,000 to $25,000. We provide program funding, not operating funds, and we do not publish an annual report.
