HOW TO APPLY

We prefer to provide seed money for new programs that, once established, can seek funds elsewhere for an ongoing donor. Our grants generally range from $15,000 to $25,000. We provide program funding, not operating funds, and we do not publish an annual report.

How to Apply

• Prepare a 3 - 5-page proposal narrative including a description of your organization, program description, and outcomes of the program

• Organizational and Program Budgets (current year and prior year actuals)

• Board of Directors list

• Funding sources

• Audited Financial Statements

• 501 (c) 3 Letter

• Most recent Annual Report
